Ich habe an einem Fotoshooting teilgenommen. Bei dem Fotoshooting sind zahlreiche Aufnahmen von mir (Darsteller / Modell) angefertigt worden.

Ich räume dem Fotografen und addiction-Berlin das Recht ein, sämtliche Fotografien zu nutzen und zwar:
a.    Zum Abdruck der Bilder im Rahmen des oben genannten Projekts
b.    In allen bildlichen und medialen Darstellungsformen
c.    Ohne jede zeitliche, örtliche und inhaltliche Beschränkung
d.    In unveränderte oder bearbeitete Form
e.    Ungeachtet der Übertragungs-, Träger- und Speichertechnik
f.    Mit oder ohne Identifizierung des Modells

Das Nutzungsrecht umfasst insbesondere das Recht der Bearbeitung, Umgestaltung und Veröffentlichung.
Die Auswahl der zu veröffentlichenden Fotografien liegt im Freien Ermessen von addiction Berlin.
Nach der Erstveröffentlichung von addiction Berlin wird mir addiction die veröffentlichen Fotografien – in elektronischer Form – zukommen lassen, und zwar ausschließen in der Bearbeitung tatsächlich verwendeten Gestaltung. Ich bin berechtigt, die Fotografien für private, nicht für kommerzielle Zwecke zu verwenden mit den Einschränkungen:
1.    Das jedwede öffentliche Zugänglichmachung der Fotografien, insbesondere die Verwendung auf einer Website, einer Internet Plattform oder zu einem sonstigen Onlinedienst, gleich welcher Art des vorherigen schriftlichen Einverständnisses von addiction-Berlin bedarf.

Für das Fotoshooting erhalte ich eine vereinbarte Pauschalvergütung je nach Absprache. Mit der Pauschalvergütung sind meine sämtlichen Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Fotoshooting und die Einräumung der Nutzungs- und sonstigen Rechte gemäß vorstehender Auflistung vollumfänglich und endgültig / abschließend abgegolten

I took part in a photo shoot. At the photo shoot, numerous pictures were taken by me (actor / model).

I grant the photographer and addiction-Berlin the right to use all photographs, namely:
a. For printing the images as part of the above project
b. In all visual and media forms
c. Without any time, place and content restrictions
d. In unchanged or edited form
e. Regardless of the transmission, carrier and storage technology
f. With or without identification of the model

The right of use includes in particular the right to edit, transform and publish.
The selection of the photographs to be published is at the discretion of addiction Berlin.
After the first publication of addiction Berlin, addiction will send me the published photographs - in electronic form - and exclude the design actually used in the editing. I am entitled to use the photographs for private, non-commercial purposes with the following restrictions:
1. Any public access to the photographs, in particular use on a website, an internet platform or another online service, regardless of the type of addiction-Berlin's prior written consent.

For the photo shoot, I receive an agreed lump-sum payment depending on the arrangement. With the lump sum payment, all my activities in connection with the photo shoot and the granting of usage and other rights according to the above list have been fully and finally / finally settled
